Monday,
The beginning of my second work week here, and I have decided that there is most definitely a surplus of nurses at this Institute and not enough doctors to go around. The ones I see wander the halls like ghosts themselves, are drowning in patients and cases and if the filing I've seen and done so far is any indication, I have an exceedingly long road ahead of me if I want to get this place cleaned up. The organizational and filing systems are way out of date, the hospital's methods of data input are round-about and in need of some tailoring in order to gain the efficiency needed to run smoothly enough to deal with this large influx of patients.
And then there are the doctors themselves.
This location seems more demanding, but how that can be true after my last job I'm not sure myself. They seem attached to their charges here, something I'm glad to see after Boston. The administration seemed nice when I arrived, but I haven't seen much of them since. Just the lines of shuffling patients, the nurses, and their doctors.
And him. He seems the busiest of the lot, yet his eyes always seem to find me and his peers regard him differently than one another. I haven't found his file yet, but I'm going to. Some mysteries simply demand to be solved.
